Ebben az évben immár negyedik alkalommal ismét itt a No Man's Land Festival, ezúttal a Balaton közelében egy festői szépségű völgyben lesz a senki földje :) Három színpad lesz, és a zenei stílusok megoszlása a színpadok között ebben az évben eltér a megszokottól. Az elmúlt években a fesztivál gerincét adó elektronikus zene mellett, most tovább bővűl a No Man's Land egy külön etno színpaddal, ahol a külföldön is méltán híres magyar világzene képviselői szórakoztatják majd a közönséget...
The new location will be on the western side of lake Balaton (which is known as "the hungarian sea"), close to the Sármellék International Airport (SOB) which is the destination of low cost airlines from many european cities. This year there will be 3 stages as well as last year, although there is a little change in the concept: as most of you probably know, electronic music gave the base of the festival at the last three editions. This year we are going to have an etno stage as well with world-famous artists from the eastern and central european region, who will truly give a spicy taste to the hot summer nights, making the No Man's Land Festival again an unforgettable memory...

Tristan Cooke régóta egy elismert poroducer és dj, nem szorul bemutatásra. Számára 1989-ben kezdődött a nagy utazás, amikor visszatért Angliába. Eljárt kisebb partikra, és nézte a Dj-k szorgos munkáját. Akkor ott eldöntötte: 'Baszdki...ezt én is tudnám csinálni!!' Elment és vett egy pár lemezt. Az utána következő évekre így emlékszik vissza: " 1993-ban egy hosszú ázsiai utazás után kezdtem a trance kiadással foglalkozni, miután a Goán és Phanganon tapasztalt pszichedelikus mozgalom beindított. A következő évtized folyamán néhány bámulatos művésszel együttműködtem és tartós barátságokra tettem szert. Többek közt: Manmademan, Process, Hallucinogen, Serge, Dimitri, Dick trevor, Laughing Buddha, Aphid moon, Gms és sok-sok őrültebb és csodálatos karaktert mondhatok azóta is barátomnak. 1996-ban a Twisted Records-al fogtam össze és velük megcsináltam az első albumomat, ami 'Martian Arts' cimmel jelent meg. Azóta ez a kiadó számomra a legmagasabb minőséget jelenti, a Twisted a szinonímája a "minőség"nek. Ez a munka szeretetének egy darabja volt. Néha bezártság érzésem van, és nemtudok várni a nyári fesztiválokig!" Ez megoldható lesz, mert mi már alig várjuk hogy táncolhassunk a zenédre Ozorán!
Tristan nemrég csatlakozott a népszerű NANO Records előadó művészei közé, majd nemsokára megjelent egy ragyogó új album:"Chemisphere". Tristannak fülcsengés problémája van, és ez azzal jár hogy egyre nehezebben bírkózik meg a munkájával, de még mindig élőben játszik és sajnos a fejhallgatók használata rosszabbá teszi számára a dolgokat. Tristan Cooke has long been recognized as a producer and DJ of the highest calibre, and should need no introduction. Tristan say: "I started partying in 1989 when travelling; came back to the uk and at some party or other whilst watching a dj, I decided :'Fuck it... i could that!!' so i went out and bought a pair of decks. Started producing trance in 1993 after a long trip around asia, when i was turned on to the psychedelic movement in goa and koh phan gan, during the next decade i have collaborated with some amazing artists and made some lasting friendships; Manmademan, Process, Hallucinogen, Serge, Dimitri, Dick trevor, Laughing Buddha, Aphid moon, Gms, and many many more crazy and wonderful characters. I joined forces with Twisted Records in 1996 and released my first single with them 'Martian Arts'
Since then i have never looked back, in my mind they are a label that exudes 'quality', and is a label of the highest quality. It has been a bit of a labour of love. Cabin fever is setting in so i can't wait for the full summer festival to begin!" Okay Tristan, we are waiting for being allowed to dance in OzoraFestival your music!
Tristan has recently joined the ever popular NANO Records stable of artists, who have recently released his brilliant new album: "Chemisphere". Sadly with the advent of Tristan's tinnitus problem, his Dj sets are few and far between, but he still plays 'live' on a regular basis as its the use of headphones makes matters worse. Simon Baring sok éven keresztül minden fajta zene egy úgyszolván mohó fogyasztója és producere volt. A psychedelic és ambient gyermekeként fejlesztette tudását, és ízlelgette a lelki hangokat, amiket csábítónak és lenyűgözőnek talált.
Komolyabban 2000-ben kezdett el hobbiként elektronikus zenét "gyártani". 2003 óta az ízlés világa egy kissé megváltozott, vágyakozott valami újra, ugyanis elkezdett kacsingatni a breaks, lounge, minimal, electro, techno, glitch, jazz, house... és megjósolható új anyag az megszületett. A groove iránti szeretete odáig ment, hogy együtt dologzhatott Ans-al a Nano Recordsból 2003-ban. A Glade Festival 2005 szeptemberében jó és közvetlen kapcsolatot alakított ki a Twisted Records-al, ők azonnal elismerték munkásságát, és felkérték hogy segítsen egy album elindításában. 2006 márciusában az első Twisted partin, először meggyőzték majd megkérték, hogy játszon néhány Chill out számot. Az életerős előadásával és tökéletes hozzáállásával a legelőkelőbb helyen szerzett magának hírnevet. És 2006 decemberében a Simon Posford (Hallucinogen, Shpongle, Younger Brother) tulajdonában lévő Twistednek aláírta a "munkaszerzősét"!
Már alig várjuk, hogy elmerengjünk Simon B által játszott dallamokon a már egyre jobban közeledő Ozora Fesztiválon.
Simon Baring has been an avid consumer and part time producer of all kinds of music for many years, he developed his tastes as a child of the psychedelic trance & ambient movements of the late 90's, where he found the technological sophistication, inventive ideas and spiritual undertones intriguing and inviting. He started producing electronic music as a hobby in 2000, jotting down ideas and teaching himself the way of the sonic arts. Since 2003 his tastes became more progressive as his love affair with trance diminished as he grew tired of the formulaic, generic and predictable new material that was coming out. Craving something new, he delved into breaks, lounge, minimal, electro, techno, glitch, jazz, house and many more.
It was in March 2006 at that first Twisted party where he was first persuaded to spin some tunes in the chill out. He took to it like a duck to water with his energetic performance and top class selection quickly earning him a good reputation. In December 2006 he was signed to Twisted as an in house DJ by the label owner Simon Posford (Hallucinogen, Shpongle, Younger Brother).
We may hear it soon on the Ozorafestival.

Két angol zenefenomén, azaz Ben Watkins és Mike Macguiret, ők ketten alkotják, vagyis ők a Juno Reactor alappillérei. Első lemezük (Transmissions) még 1993-ban, legutóbbijuk (Labyrinth) pedig 2004-ben jelent meg. Ismertségüket szerintem sokban köszönhetik a filmiparnak is, dalaik, zenéjük nem kis filmekben szerepel, mint a Mátrix, Animatrix, Mortal Kombat, Drive, Eraser. Legutóbb egy egész filmzene megírására kérték fel a banda oszlopos tagját Ben Watkinst, a japán Brave Story zenéje is az ő alkotása. A Pistolero egy meghatározó zene és egy azonosítóként működő jel volt az együttes számára. Szinpadi fellépéseik, pedig maga a performance koronázatlan királyai, ebben a kategóriában! Zenéjükben hallhatjuk egy élet visszhangjait egy messzi, távoli kulúrából. Az édes hangok láthatatlan gondolatból, egy másik távoli dimenziókba irányítanak. Azokba a gondolati portálokba, amiket beutazunk miközben állandóan táncolunk a reaktorokba, egy csodálatos zümmögés egy idegen világban. Számomra így jön le a Juno :-)
Hamarosan láthatjuk és hallhatjuk őket az OZORA fesztiválon 2008. Augusztus 9.-én!
Best-known for injecting former porn star Traci Lords with some hi-NRG trance on her 1995 solo album, Ben Watkins and co. have pursued a fusion of Goa trance and techno on their own recordings as Juno Reactor. After meeting up with Stefan Holweck, an old comrade from Brilliant, the duo formed Juno Reactor with Mike Maguire. This is the seventh awakening of Juno Reactor, which has transformed its sound through film music. From The Matrix films, Reloaded and Revolutions, to his work in the Japanese films Brave Story and Dimension Bomb, which premieres at The Kennedy Centre in Washington on February 16th, Watkins fascination with Japanese animation makes it way in Gods and Monsters with the excellent cover painted by Koji Morimoto. Only little time and living soon and we may hear them in OZORA Festival 2008. Augusztus 9!

A nagy Goa-trance elektronikus zenész és előadó Simon Posford, volt a Hallucinogen megálmodója, és az alapítója az angliában megszületett Twisted Records-nak. 1995-ben megjelentette az első albumot Twisted néven, ezzel meg is teremtette az európai rajongótáborát. A Twisted volt az egyik legnagyobb számban eladott psytrance album. A második album, The Lone Deranger amiben mégtöbb psychedelic trance dallamtünt fel (Amerikában csak 3 évvel később lehetett hozzájutni). Simon megismerte Raja Ram-ot és tudta, hogy vele akar dolgozni és együtt megformálták a kultikus psychedelic chill-out játszó Shpongle-t. A nevek persze bővíthetők... Martin Glover (Celtic Cross) és Prometheus a.k.a. Benji Vaughan (Younger Brother). Mégis a házigazda egyik albuma a "Posford Touch" leírhatatlan hatást váltott ki a psychedelikus zene rajongóiból szerte a világon.
Napjainkban a Twisted Records az egyik legbefolyásossab Psychedelic Trance lemezkiadó! 2008-ban ismét hallhatjuk őket az OZORA Fesztiválon!
Goa trance producer Hallucinogen is also founder of the English-based label Twisted Records. Hallucinogen is Simon Posford, a producer of psychedelic trance music from England. His first album, Twisted, was originally released in 1995 and helped create his strong European fanbase. His second album, The Lone Deranger, followed up with more psychedelic trance songs and was originally released in 1997 (it was available in America three years later). Simon Posford is also known for his collaboration with Raja Ram, together they form the cult psychedelic chillout act Shpongle. He is also the founder of Twisted Records, which is one of the most influential psychedelic trance record labels. In 2002, In Dub was released, a collection of Ott dub remixes of Hallucinogen tracks.
